Your output, squared.

There's more on your plate than one of you can get done. Me² builds you a personal AI team that takes on the work you hand it: research, proposals, reports, presentations, follow-ups and the projects you haven't had time to start. You set the direction. They deliver it, ready for your approval.

See how Me² works

A two-minute film on building your own team of AI assistants. Captions are on, so you can watch with the sound off.

So much you want to get done. Not enough of you.

Back-to-back meetings fill the day, so everything else waits: the follow-ups, the proposal, the idea you meant to act on. Many leaders end up setting aside a whole day just to catch up. You'll still be busy with Me², but far more of what's on your plate actually gets done.

You bring

The decisions, the relationships and the judgment. The calls only you can make.

Your AI team brings

Research, drafting, analysis, preparation and follow-through, returned to you for approval.

Hand it off. Get it back done.

If it's work you'd brief a capable team member on, your AI team can take it on. Here's what that looks like in a normal week.

Follow-ups out the same day.

When the meeting ends, the follow-up is already drafted. Each one confirms what was agreed, in your tone, and waits for your approval.

You ask"Follow up with everyone I met today."

Walk into every meeting prepared.

A short brief for each meeting on your calendar: who's attending, where things stand, what's open from last time and what's likely to come up.

You ask"Brief me for tomorrow."

Research, proposals and presentations, drafted to your standard.

Your team researches, structures and drafts in your organisation's formats, then flags any assumptions for you to check. You start from a strong draft instead of a blank page.

You ask"Turn this afternoon's discussion into a proposal."

Never lose track of a promise.

Every commitment you make in a meeting or an email is logged with who it's for and when it's due, with a nudge before anything slips.

You ask"What did I promise people this week?"

And much more.

Your team is built around the work you actually have. We'll map it out together on the call.

From one request to work you can sign off.

Ask the way you'd brief a capable chief of staff. Your assistants split the work, use only the information you've approved, and bring it back to you. Nothing goes out without your say-so.

How it works

It starts with a call. We learn how your week runs, show you what's possible, and quote for the setup that fits. Nothing is built until you've agreed to it.

  1. 1

    Book a call

Tell us about your role, your meeting load and the work that keeps getting pushed back.

  2. 2

    See what's possible

We walk you through what your AI team could take on, using examples from your kind of work.

  3. 3

Choose a level, get a quote

We recommend Assistant, Workspace or Private App, and quote for exactly what you want included.

  4. 4

    We build it with you

We connect your approved tools, test on your real work together, and keep refining as priorities change.

Three levels of setup.

Each level builds on the one before. We'll help you choose on the call, and you can move up whenever it would help.

Level 1

Assistant

Personalised AI assistants connected to your existing tools, available through chat.

  • Assistants shaped around your role and preferences
  • Connected to the tools and information you approve
  • Ask, review and approve from a familiar chat
Discuss your setup

Level 2

Workspace

Your assistants plus a tailored dashboard for requests, files, approvals and progress.

  • Everything in Assistant
  • See every request and draft in one place
  • Review files and approve work in one view
  • Commitments tracked across all your meetings
Discuss your setup

Level 3

Private App

Your workspace extended into a branded mobile app, for the moments between meetings.

  • Everything in Workspace
  • A branded app on your phone
  • Notifications when work is ready to approve
  • Approve and redirect on your way to the next meeting
Discuss your setup

Every setup is quoted individually, based on what you want included. We'll go through it on the call.

You stay in charge.

Your assistants work within boundaries agreed with you, and with your organisation where that's needed. They can prepare almost anything; they act on consequential things only with your approval.

  • Agreed access

Before anything is connected, we agree which tools and information each assistant can use. Nothing more.

  • Defined responsibilities

Each assistant has a clear job, so you always know who is doing what and where to look.

  • Your approval where it counts

Sending, sharing, scheduling or committing on your behalf waits for your yes. You decide where that line sits.

Boundaries like these are agreed with you during setup and can be changed at any time.

Where Me² comes from

Me² started with our own agency. We built a workspace of AI assistants, a dashboard and a mobile app to keep more of our work moving.

Talking with senior leaders, we kept hearing the same thing: there's always more to do than time to do it. We're now bringing that tailored approach to executives who want far more of their plans turned into finished work.

Questions

Anything else, bring it to the call.

What happens on the call?

We ask about your role, your calendar and the work that keeps getting pushed back. We then show you what your AI team could take on, recommend a level, and follow up with a quote based on what you want included.

How is pricing worked out?

Every setup is quoted individually. The price depends on the level you choose and what you want your assistants to handle. You'll have the quote before anything is built.

What does setup involve?

A short discovery with you, then we build and connect your assistants and test them on your real work together. We'll ask for some of your time early on; after that, the aim is to give you time back.

Will it work with the tools my company already uses?

That's the intent. We work out which of your existing tools and information to connect, within what your organisation allows, and we'll be clear about what can and can't be connected before we start.

How much oversight do I have?

As much as you want. You agree what each assistant can access and what it's responsible for, and anything consequential, like sending, sharing or committing, waits for your approval.

What happens after it's set up?

We stay involved. As your priorities change, we refine your assistants, adding, adjusting or retiring what's no longer useful.

Do I need a dashboard or an app?

No. Many people will be well served by assistants in chat. The Workspace and Private App levels are there if you want one place to see everything, or quick approvals between meetings.

What would you take on if you had the capacity to get it done?

Book a call and we'll walk you through what an AI team could do for you, then send a quote for the setup you choose.

  1. 1A conversation about how your week runs
  2. 2A walkthrough of what's possible for you
  3. 3A recommended level and a tailored quote
